Mindfulness Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner, devoted to helping others develop the techniques to live a peaceful, and more relaxed life. Mindfulness is a state of heightened awareness and deliberate focus on the present moment. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere. I began my journey in the world of mindfulness because my concern about the future and my past was causing a lot of stress and anxiety. Eventually, I realized that those concerns don’t need to strain my life, because they were just thoughts. Only the present exists, and that is now. By coming to that understanding along with practicing those learned techniques, I was able to focus solely on the present moment and remove obstacles created by stress and anxiety. My hope is to share this mindset with you too.
