Cancellation Policy
Reiki Balance Service Policy At Reiki Balance, we strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all of our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our service policy: Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your healing session. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You may call us or email support@reikibalance.org to request a new appointment time. No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for honoring our time and energy.
