Cancellation Policy
Wellness Center Booking Policy Booking Terms: Service Overview: An annual membership fee of $75 is required to access the booking service. This fee is non-refundable and must be renewed each year to maintain booking privileges. Payment Policy: Full payment of $130 is required at the time of booking to secure your 2-hour slot. The $75 annual membership fee is non-refundable and must be paid before any bookings can be made. Refund Policy: No Refunds: All payments, including the hourly booking fee and the $75 annual membership fee, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling: Practitioners may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be accommodated, and the session will be forfeited without a refund. Cancellation Policy: No Refunds on Cancellations: If a practitioner cancels a booking, no refund or credit will be provided. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule the session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the booking fee. Booking Changes: Practitioners can request a change to their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. All changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. No-Show Policy: If a practitioner fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be provided. Membership Renewal: The $75 membership fee must be renewed annually to maintain access to the booking system. This fee is non-refundable even if no bookings are made during the membership period.
